Huisen-MTH
Shanghai Huisen-MTH Industrial Furnaces Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company established by German Metall Technologie Holding GmbH (MTH) and Shanghai Huisen Heat Treatment Engineering Co., Ltd. Based on strong R&D supports from headquarter, advanced design ideas, quality control from Germany and France, combined with local manufacturing advantages and efficient service in China, Huisen-MTH is able to provide high level heat treatment furnaces.
IVA
IVA was founded in 1984. Since the beginning of 1991, IVA has been concerned with design and manufacture of high-performance furnace systems and comprehensive customer service on the topic of heat treatment, meeting the individual requirements of their customers. The large range of systems extends from tempering furnaces and vacuum hardening furnaces through multi-purpose chamber furnaces up to continuous annealing lines and shaft furnaces.
Mahler
For almost 60 years MAHLER Industrial Furnaces has been a synonym for innovative furnace systems in outstanding quality and so MAHLER became one of the market leaders in the field of continuous furnaces. The range of products reaches nowadays from standard belt furnaces with 150 - 1300 mm belt width to highly specialized roller hearth furnaces and bogie hearth furnaces. Pure hydrogen atmospheres up to 1300°C as well as throughput capacities of about 2500 kg/hour are possible.
RIVA
RIVA Sp. z.o.o. is specialised in the development and manufacturing of furnaces for heat and diffusion treatments. It offers a broad range of furnaces for modern hardening shops.
Schmetz
After the foundation in 1945 Schmetz GmbH has been a key brand for over-pressure gas quench heat-treatment and high-temperature brazing furnaces. The range of products covers applications for many industries in the world to achieve high quality results for hardening, tempering, annealing, high- temperature brazing,sintering. For industries and relations like e.g. aircraft,automotive, heat-exchanger, medical industry reliable and quality standard or tailor made furnaces are available.
